Idk if this would work since I’m on Jerboa mostly, but isn’t there an option to not see NSFW posts? I imagine those nsfw icons are from nsfw posters.

And that intervention would probably take a while to happen, tbh. I still think defederation should be the absolute last resort, but I’ve read mod tools are still not on the level to adequately deal with this sort of stuff.
